Cole is a senior in the Urban & Regional Studies program of the college of Architecture, Art & Planning, pursuing interests in community development, urban design, and social and environmental justice. At Cornell, he has served as co-president of KyotoNOW!, was involved in establishing ECO, volunteers as a teaching assistant with the Cornell Prison Education Program, and is an officer and resident of the Prospect of Whitby Cooperative. In the spring of 2015, he also conducted research in southern India as part of the inaugural class of the Nilgiris Field Learning Center (NFLC) and continues to be involved in development of the program.
